Professional culinary program focuses on equipping students with the required skills and knowledge required to operate within a kitchen environment, develop recipes and operate within the a la carte and banqueting restaurants.
As a student you will receive practical training in a modern kitchen from talented instructors with real world experience. You will begin with fundamentals like using kitchen tools and honing your cooking skills and techniques.
Their unique approach to chef training will equip you with the complete skill required by the modern chef giving you best possible start to your career. You will also have the opportunity to learn the hospitality and restaurant management skills you need to attain your goal of running a food operation from front to back.
Work Placement
A paid Internship in 4-5 stars hotels and fine dining restaurants in Malaysia for their internship and get allowances between RM1,000-1,500 per month is an opportunity to advance the skills you have learned in the supportive environment of the academy. Gaining a minimum of 6 months or more real-life experience is an added advantage when you embark on your career in global hospitality industry.
